Looks like a found be another shop I can be a long time customer with. When a shop I've been going to for 30 years told me they don't work on 1st gen Toyota Tacoma pickups, they sent me Fred's. I had just purchased this 1999 pickup and had used Firestone's $10 diagnostic service beforehand to make sure it was worth the price. They handed me an estimate for $1500 in repairs- would have been more but I was skeptical a timing belt with 60,000 miles really needed to be included. Fred's diagnostic fee was $170, so I new it was legit and not just a sales gimmick. They disagreed with Firestone's bid to get me to replace the shocks and struts, and came in about $200 l…

I had two shops fail to fix my car and turn wheat should have been a simple fix into a three month nightmare because they refused to listen to me due to the intermittent nature of the problem. I brought my car to Fred's on a friend's recommendation and without even having to suggest the problem, they were able to diagnose and fix the problem. I've since brought it back several times to handle the issues introduced by one of the other shop's "attempts" to fix my car and the problems the other shop refused to believe existed. They've been great every step of the way.

These guys are pretty helpful. I didn't use their service but I called them about a gas related question and they answered their phone, were respectful and helped me out with exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much.

I loved this place before. But now it feels like they just ask for money and that it. I brought them my car and they said that I had to do a 5000$ repair on it. So I went to another place and I paid only 300$. I am really disappointed by their service. We can’t trust them anymore.

So a couple things, to start i went in for a clutch replacement I was initially quoted a lower price 2300-ish and of course when I actually come to get the car, that price magically goes up to 2550. Then they tell me someone left the keys in the ignition overnight so they drain my battery when i have to get to work 😡and little minors things like leaving a panel off which i had to remind them of. To top everything off I was given extremely rude service from the co owner. Like I'm spending so much you guys should at least take care of my stuff and have proper house keeping.
