I honestly wouldn't the take my car anywhere else after seeing how Brett was able to rejuvenate my 20 year old Infiniti FX. The car needed brakes and bearings and he was also able to find and fix my elusive oil leak I was stressing over. He found that my camshafts sensors needed to be replaced and the results were night and day, I can't get over how much of a difference it made. This guy really knows his stuff, the car drives like the wind and I couldn't be more satisfied with his work. I would recommend Car Care Service to anyone in the Bay Area in need of quality import engine work.

I want to call out the amazing excellent service I just received from Brett at Car Care Service. It all started on Tuesday at 5 p.m. when my car lost power and made grinding sounds while accelerating onto the freeway. Once the tow truck finally arrived, I found that almost every place was closed. I kept calling around and luckily found Brett at Car Care Service. Technically, they should have been closing, but they told me to go ahead and bring the car in. I think they kept the door open long enough for me and the tow truck to get there. When you take your car here, they will walk you through what they’re going to do so you understand the process and the actual labor involved to accomplish XYZ. Don’t forget to ask them questions! I would highly recommend these guys as reliable local car experts that will take care of your car and you.

It's always scary when the check engine light comes on. Is my reliable old Toyota finally going to need a repair that sets me back a few hundred or a few thousand dollars? The best thing about Car Care Service is that I trust them implicitly. They've earned that trust over the decade I've been a customer. (Turns out the part required to shut off that pesky warning light cost under fifty bucks—and I had my car back the same day.)

This place is the best. These guys are completely above board, honest as the day is long, and they know their stuff. This is my second car that I’ve broght to them; tonight on the way home the check engine light came on; this could either be something simple or the death of a vehicle. I dropped by at 5 o’clock to see if they could get me in the next day (The owner and mechanic had to leave to pick up his kids but instead he took a few minutes to help me ) they took the time to check my oil level and run a diagnostic.
