Big Discount Tire Pros

Used to come here for oil changes, but never again after getting scammed. I took my car to another mechanic after running into some issues, and he told me it was low on oil. Turns out Big Discount Tire Pros wasn’t pouring enough oil into my engine, which is a garbage way to cut costs. Thank you for almost ruining my car.

I can’t trust the employees. They scammed me. Went there for new tires got a call from them saying I needed new brake pads so I agreed. They installed a defective not new pads. When I drove my car I started smelling burnt rubber. Don’t waste your time With them bad service bad experience. I will never coming back! if you feel like getting scammed feel free to let them scam you!

Purchased a full set of tires a year ago from here and have always had excellent service and quality of work done (balancing, alignment, rotation, etc.). However, I cannot give 5 stars after my last service. I needed alignment but forgot the tool for my three keyed/security lug nuts. I agreed to the removal service of “$75 plus the cost of new lug nuts” but was shocked when the total cost cane out to $162! It was not communicated to me that the “Lug Bolts” were being replaced ($27) and only four lug nuts are $59.96 (and I only needed three!). I really don’t think it’s hard to communicate the TOTAL cost of the work being done to the customer. Hoping this is unusual as I just paid to extend my…

Came in from out of state and my brakes started grinding. These guys got me in next day and had my car good as new in 2 hours, even cleaned my back up camera for me. Luckily it was a quick fix issue. They were professional and kind and I felt comfortable leaving my car with them. I don't feel taken advantage of or overcharged. Great, honest company. Will definitely be back with any car trouble in the future as I'm in the area often.
