Big Discount Tire Pros

Used to come here for oil changes, but never again after getting scammed. I took my car to another mechanic after running into some issues, and he told me it was low on oil. Turns out Big Discount Tire Pros wasn’t pouring enough oil into my engine, which is a garbage way to cut costs. Thank you for almost ruining my car.

I can’t trust the employees. They scammed me. Went there for new tires got a call from them saying I needed new brake pads so I agreed. They installed a defective not new pads. When I drove my car I started smelling burnt rubber. Don’t waste your time With them bad service bad experience. I will never coming back! if you feel like getting scammed feel free to let them scam you!

Purchased a full set of tires a year ago from here and have always had excellent service and quality of work done (balancing, alignment, rotation, etc.). Came in from out of state and my brakes started grinding. These guys got me in next day and had my car good as new in 2 hours, even cleaned my back up camera for me. Luckily it was a quick fix issue.
